This is my little buddy, Chip. He's a 5 year old dachshund that we rescued in October, 2011. He's such a great guy. He's got a very good personality, loves people in general, especially kids. Thinks everyone he sees should come and play with him. Can't imagine why his previous family got rid of him, unless he just got lost and they couldn't find him.
